Proper storage: Store in airtight container at room temperature.

Durability: Cookies will keep for 2-3 weeks in an airtight container at room temperature.

Freezing: Cookie dough can be frozen if they are rolled into balls and frozen separately. Once they are frozen you can put them in the same bag.

Thawing: Remove from the freezer about 1 hour before baking. Bake them immediately after they are thawed inside. If there is sufficient time to thaw in the refrigerator, it will take approx. 2-3 hours. This should reduce the development of bacteria growth further.

How can you tell whether they are good or bad:
Mold, tastes bad or odd texture. If you doubt, leave it out.
